工作原理:
超微氣流粉碎就是以高速氣流為載體,待粉碎物料由文丘里噴嘴加速至超音速導(dǎo)入粉碎室內(nèi)。高壓氣流通過粉碎環(huán)上多個相同角度噴嘴進(jìn)入粉碎室,形成超音速漩渦氣流。噴嘴與粉碎室成一銳角,故以噴射旋流形式進(jìn)入粉碎室并帶動物料作螺旋運動,顆粒與機體及顆粒之間產(chǎn)生相互沖擊、碰撞、摩擦而粉碎。粗粉在離心力作用下被甩向粉碎室周壁作循環(huán)粉碎,合格顆粒在向心氣流帶動下被導(dǎo)入粉碎機中心出口管進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離器進(jìn)行捕集。
Working principle:
Ultrafine airflow pulverization is a process in which high-speed airflow is used as the carrier, and the material to be crushed is accelerated from the Venturi nozzle to supersonic speed and introduced into the crushing chamber. The high-pressure airflow enters the crushing chamber through multiple nozzles at the same angle on the crushing ring, forming a supersonic vortex airflow. The nozzle forms an acute angle with the crushing chamber, so it enters the crushing chamber in the form of a jet swirl and carries animal material for spiral motion. The particles collide, collide, and rub with each other, resulting in crushing. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse powder is thrown towards the surrounding wall of the crushing chamber for cyclic crushing, and qualified particles are guided into the central outlet pipe of the crusher by the centripetal airflow and enter the cyclone separator for collection.
