N-glycosylation modification of antibody drugs has a certain effect on its stability, clearance, immunogenicity, ADCC and CDC. Therefore glycosylation is usually one of the CQA (Critical Quality Attributes) of antibody drugs, and required strict control of the glycosylation degree of antibody drugs. In order to significantly shorten the preparation time of N-glycan samples and improve detection efficiency and accuracy, we have developed a kit for the rapid release and labeling of N-glycan in bio-pharmaceuticals.
