It is a linked line, specially used for filling, drying/sterilizing, sealing of injectable glass ampoules.
The line consists of three main parts,

1. Rotary Ampoule Washer
Rotary Ampoule Washer is specially designed for all kinds of ampoule bottle, vial and oral liquid bottle automatic cleaning. It adopts vertical rotary design and manipulator to clamp and turn over the bottle. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and **-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.

Depyrogenization Tunnel Dryer is mainly used for drying and sterilizing with hot air, to eliminate pyrogens inside glassware like ampoule, vails, etc.

3. Fill & Seal Monoblock
This machine is mainly used for filling and sealing of ampoules under sterile conditions. Ampoule is conveyed via conveyor belt to the in-feed worm and transferred by indexing wheel into filling station for filling and afterwards to sealing station for sealing by flames. Nitrogen gas purging provisions before filling and/or after-filling is available as options.
